Customer Service Team Lead - Dublin

CR2 are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to manage a team of Level 2 Customer Support Engineers. The appointed candidate will provide 2nd Level support for mission critical business applications for customer raised issues. This involves diagnosing, reproducing and resolving issues, as well as actively managing and ensuring that the BankWorld knowledge base within CS is continually added to with useful and meaningful information. This includes, but is not limited to the FAQ database, documenting system usage, documenting operational best practice etc. Ideal candidate will be a computer graduate with knowledge of Oracle, SQL, UNIX, CORBA, UNIX, NT, XP, Web Technologies, C++, Java. Experience in using industry standard call logging systems and knowledge base a must.

Graduate QA Engineer - Dublin

CR2 are currently seeking a Graduate QA Engineer to develop and execute functional and automated test scripts for the CR2 suite of products. Analyse, document, and report test findings using the CR2 defect reporting tool.  The successful candidate would work closely with development to provide additional information on open issues.  Co-ordinate with the QA Test Manager and/or QA Test Boss on project and test status.  The candidate must have the ability to work in a highly dynamic environment tracking changes in multiple products.  The candidate should be a team player, working with both QA and development teams and should promote Quality processes and procedures throughout CR2.

The ideal candidate will have an IT related degree, demonstrate trouble-shooting capabilities, have the ability to work as a team player under pressure and to deadlines and have Windows or Unix experience.  One years experience and banking ATM technology experience preferred but not essential.

Graduate Software Engineer- Dublin

CR2 are currently seeking a Software Engineer to work in our ATM client application team and will have responsibility for the implementation of new features and functionality in that family of products.  This work will involve researching technical and business requirements, designing and implementing those requirements to agreed timescales and quality.  The candidate should be a recent Software Engineering Graduate or have experience in a similar role in a product/software development company.

The ideal candidate will have a degree/diploma in Computer Science or Computer Application Development, object oriented Design & Programming skills and a knowledge of Windows Application Development.  Knowledge or experience in writing multi-threaded applications, Client/Server architectures, C++ programming on Windows environment desirable but not essential.
