Current positions

Customer Service Engineer - Dublin

Provide Technical Support to Customers and Professional services. 1-5 years experience in systems/customer support with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Banking experience preferred but not essential.

Senior Sales Executives - Various

CR2 are looking to appoint Senior Sales Executives in Eastern Europe, The Middle East, The CIS and Asia to drive customer acquisition in these regions. The appointed candidates will build new relationships within the financial service industry as well develop relationships with existing customers to build new sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial software sales. An in-depth understanding of how banks operate is a must. Candidates should be fluent in the native language/languages of relevant region.

 

Customer Service Team Lead - Dublin

CR2 are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Led to manage a team of Level 2 Customer Support Engineers. The appointed candidate will provide 2nd Level support for mission critical business applications for customer raised issues. This involves diagnosing, reproducing and resolving issues, as well as actively managing and ensuring that the BankWorld knowledge base within CS is continually added to with useful and meaningful information. This includes, but is not limited to the FAQ database, documenting system usage, documenting operational best practice etc. Ideal candidate will be a computer graduate with knowledge of Oracle, SQL, UNIX, CORBA, UNIX, NT, XP, Web Technologies, C++, Java. Experience in using industry standard call logging systems and knowledge base a must.
