ACT Venture Capital
ACT Venture Capital is Ireland's leading independent venture capital management company. Founded as an independent operation in 1994, ACT has completed over 50 investments principally in technology based companies serving global markets. Their portfolio consists of a significant number of technology investments across software, communications and Internet technology as well as the more traditional development capital and buyout investments. A number of technology investments have been made outside Ireland.

TVC Holdings plc
TVC Holdings plc provides equity capital for early stage and expanding private technology companies, particularly in Ireland. Established in September 1997, it currently has €163m under management in Trinity Fund 1 and Trinity Fund 2, and has an investment portfolio which reflects Ireland's strong performance in the technology sector. Trinity Venture Capital Limited is part of the Reihill Venture Capital Group and also includes Hibernia Capital Partners which is focused on management buyouts and restructuring opportunities. The Reihill Venture Capital Group currently has over €235m under management.

Since its incorporation in 1980 GIMV has grown into Belgium's most important venture capital provider and company-builder. GIMV has now become a major European and international market player. Both in Belgium and abroad, GIMV invests in information and communication technology, life sciences as well as in growth financing and management buy-outs (MBOs) of companies in more traditional sectors. With its own portfolio and third party fund activities together GIMV today manages more than EUR 1.5 billion. GIMV has been listed on Euronext Brussels since 1997.
