Executive Board
Martin Dolan - Chief Executive Officer
Martin Dolan joined CR2 in September 2004 as COO. Before CR2, he held a number of senior positions in Misys and Kindle for over 16 years. During his 3 years as Director of Global Services, he significantly expanded the Professional Services organisation. In 1995, he became Director of Corporate Accounts where he was responsible for developing business with existing large corporate clients. Following this, he managed the global sales for Kindle as Director of International Sales. In 2000, he became Director of Marketing before moving to Dubai as General Manager for Misys International Banking systems, Dubai in 2002.

Ronan Murray - Chief Financial Officer
Ronan Murray joined CR2 in January 2004 as Chief Financial Officer. Ronan has over 15 years management experience and has worked in both Europe and the US. Before joining CR2 Ronan spent four years as CFO and Director of Interactive Services, an eLearning organisation in the telecommunications market. Ronan is a former founding executive of Hibernia Capital Partners, a private equity house which focuses on development capital and MBO deals. He has also held financial positions with Glanbia Plc, the international food manufacturing group, and KPMG Corporate Finance.

Keith Holmes - Director, Product Development
Keith Holmes joined CR2 in March 2004. Keith is the former Chief CEO of Point Information Systems, a global provider of e-CRM solutions, which is now part of the S1 Corporation. After the merger, he became Vice President of Product Development and headed up the CRM Business Unit. Prior to this, Keith spent over 14 years at IBM where he held several senior positions in Ireland, Belgium, the UK and the US.

Kieran Kilcullen - Director, Sales and Marketing
Kieran joined CR2 in 2004 from SmartStream Technologies where he was Regional Director for France and Benelux. Based in SmartStream's Paris office, Kieran lead and managed the organisation's subsidiaries in France, Luxembourg and Brussels, which included a portfolio of over 100 banking customers. He has more than 15 years experience in the banking software industry in organisations including Midas, Kapiti International and Kindle Banking Systems. Kieran spent the last 12 years working in Paris, Dubai, Moscow, Bahrain, and Brussels and is now located in CR2's Dubai office.

Michael Ward- VP, Consultancy Services
Michael Ward joined CR2 in October 2007 as VP, Consultancy Services with responsibility for Professional Services, Sales Support and Client Service Management. Michael has more than 20 years experience in the financial software implementation sector. Previously he was Professional Services Director for Kindle Banking Systems and was responsible for the creation and management of Kindle’s Support and Development Centre in Bangalore India where he was General Manager from 1998 to 2002. After leaving Kindle, Michael worked in India as a director of a consultancy and recruitment firm which specialised in advising overseas multinationals on the establishment of IT subsidiaries in India. He returned to Ireland in 2005 and has worked as an advisor to a number of companies helping improve and restructure their overseas subsidiaries and outsource relationships in India

Wayne Lowson - Head of Services
Wayne has over 20 years experience in IT and banking. He joined CR2 in 2004 from Misys International Banking Systems, where he spent 4 years in a Senior Project Management capacity. There he was responsible for the successful implementation and roll-out of Internet, Trade Finance and back-office applications in a number of banks primarily based in the Middle-East and Asia. Wayne has substantial international experience having worked as Chief Operations Manager for Stanbic Bank in Kenya, a division of Standard Bank of South Africa before joining Misys and relocating to Dubai. Prior to this Wayne was responsible for the successful implementation and roll out of the banks electronic banking systems including Home Banking, ATM's and POS into 12 countries in sub-Saharan Africa.

Non Executive Board

Kieran Nagle - Chairman
Kieran Nagle was appointed Chairman in July 2005. He has over 35 year's international experience in the IT sector having begun his career as a programmer with Irish Computer Bureau Services in 1967. His overseas experience commenced when he joined US multinational, Litton Industries in Sydney in 1972 before joining Honeywell in Melbourne with further positions in Dublin, Montreal and Edmonton. He returned to Dublin in 1980 and became a founder director of a new start up called Kindle. In 1991, Kindle was sold to ACT, a large UK plc. In 1995, ACT was sold to Misys plc and became Kindle Banking Systems with Kieran as Chairman and CEO. Kieran stepped down as CEO after 20 years in 2000, and remained as part time Chairman until the end of 2001.

Rory Quirke
Rory Quirke joined Trinity at its commencement in December 1997. He is a chartered accountant and worked in KPMG prior to joining Trinity. While with KPMG he completed a long-term corporate finance assignment with an Irish based technology company. He has an economics degree and a masters in economics from University College Dublin. He represents Trinity on the Boards of Rococo Software, LeT Systems, LeCayla Technologies and Similarity Systems. Rory also managed the sale of Trinity's investments in Anshe and Ivron.

Owen Murphy
Owen Murphy qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse in 1983. In 1984 he joined AIB Venture Capital, working in both Dublin and London. He was subsequently appointed a Director of AIB Venture Capital. Owen left AIB Capital Markets in 1994 to co-found ACT Venture Capital Limited, Ireland's largest venture capital company. He joined CR2 in 1998 as Non-Executive Director. He is currently a non-executive director of several other private technology companies.

Alexander van Os
Alexander joined AlpInvest in 1997 where he has focused on investments in technology companies and, more recently, buy-outs in the European market. He holds a masters degree in business economics from the RijksUniversiteit Groningen in The Netherlands. In addition to CR2, Alexander represents AlpInvest on the boards of Q-go.com and Eagle Vision Systems.

Ruthanne Monaghan
Ruthanne is an Investment Associate in TVC Holdings plc. She joined Trinity Venture Capital in 2004 and was involved in the flotation of the company on the AIM and IEX markets in July 2007. Prior to joining Trinity, Ruthanne worked as a fund accountant for a life assurance subsidiary of Irish Life and Permanent, plc. She holds a degree in Commerce from University College Dublin, a diploma in International Financial Reporting and qualified as an accountant with ACCA in 2003.
