    Fintan Byrne

    Chief Executive Officer

    Fintan Byrne joined CR2 in December 2016 as Chief Executive Officer. Bringing with him over 25 years of experience within the financial and technology sectors, Fintans’ most recent position prior to CR2 was as General Manager for Europe with MasterCard Payment Gateway Services. Spanning his career, Fintan has also worked with leading organisations such as Transaction Network Services, NCR and Moneygator throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe.

    Kieran Nagle

    Executive Chairman

    Kieran Nagle has been Chairman of CR2 since July 2005. He holds over 35 years of International experience in the IT Sector. Prior to joining CR2, Kieran was CEO of Kindle Banking Systems, part of Misys PLC group for 20 years. He begun his career as a programmer with Irish Computer Bureau Services and his overseas experience commenced when he joined US multinational, Litton Industries in Sydney, before joining Honeywell in Melbourne with further positions in Dublin, Montreal and Edmonton. He served as Chairman of Kindle Banking Systems and as Non-executive Director of Norkom Group Plc (also known as Norkom Technologies Ltd.) for 7 years.

    Mike Brady

    Chief Operating Officer

    Mike Brady joined CR2 in December 2013 as Chief Operating Officer. Mike’s responsibility is to ensure alignment of operations with CR2’s strategic goals. Mike brings with him over 25 years of experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining CR2, Mike spent 10 years as CEO of his own start-up companies Cibenix and Anam. He previously served as CEO of Siemens subsidiary, Irish-based SSE. Most recently, Mike has held key executive positions in large publicly-traded tech companies including US-owned Synchronoss and Swiss-owned Myriad Group.

    Kieran Kilcullen

    Chief Commercial Officer

    Kieran joined CR2 in 2004 from SmartStream Technologies where he was Regional Director for France and Benelux. Based in SmartStream's Paris office, Kieran lead and managed the organisation's subsidiaries in France, Luxembourg and Brussels, which included a portfolio of over 100 banking customers. He has more than 20 years experience in the banking software industry in organisations including Midas, Kapiti International and Kindle Banking Systems. Previous to joining CR2, Kieran worked in the banking software industry across the world, including Paris, Dubai, Moscow, Bahrain, and Brussels.

    Keith Holmes

    VP, Product Development

    Keith Holmes joined CR2 in March 2004. Keith is the former CEO of Point Information Systems, a global provider of e-CRM solutions, which is now part of the S1 Corporation. After the merger, he became Vice President of Product Development and headed up the CRM Business Unit. Prior to this, Keith spent over 14 years at IBM where he held several senior positions in Ireland, Belgium, the UK and the US.

    Paul Cunningham

    Vice President, Professional Services

    Paul joined CR2 in 2005 when he served as the Global Head of our Customer Service Team. In October, 2015 Paul transitioned to a new role as Vice President of Professional Services. Paul’s mandate is to ensure successful installation of CR2 banking software through the project implementation methodology. This enables proactive management and reporting systems to deal with any issues or concerns whilst also capitalising on opportunities over an implementation lifecycle. Prior to joining CR2, Paul was with Misys where he held various roles to include; Head of Projects - Africa, Branch Operations Manager & Project Director. Before this, he worked at System Access (part of SunGard) where he held the position of Client Services Director - Middle East & Africa.
