With us, you will have a nominated Customer Support Engineer who is directly responsible for dealing with you, providing an effective single point of contact for all of your customer support matters. Your CR2 Customer Support Engineer is responsible for managing each call throughout its lifetime, with all calls logged in a single unified call logging system, enabling rapid and seamless sharing of information. 

With CR2, we will always keep you up to date on the status of any calls which you place with us. Our system is capable of generating email updates when calls are updated or transition to a new state. This means that you can automatically receive an email notification when a fix has been sent, or when further information on the call has been requested. We will also ensure details of call resolutions are maintained to ensure that should similar issues be reported, a prompt identification of the resolution is possible. 

CR2’s Customer Service team offers you the peace of mind that can only be achieved through having a band of committed experts on hand.  All of our support centre staff are qualified to Third Level standard in relevant Technical and / or Business disciplines. More importantly, all CS staff have been thoroughly trained in all aspects of CR2 application software and have between them over 100+ years’ experience in developing and supporting CR2 products.
