BankWorld Business Intelligence is an intuitive tool for analysing the customer base. The Business Intelligence module provides the capability to quickly segment the customer base for targeting marketing campaigns through the BankWorld Channels. This is especially powerful when combined with the segmentation capability of BankWorld.

Business Intelligence and Segmentation work together to ensure that the bank can gain the maximum benefit from each and every interaction with the customer through the BankWorld self service channels.

Business intelligence allows the bank to interactively interrogate the customer database through a number of views including an interactive filtered table views, query views and venn diagram views.

The sample below shows Venn diagrams being used to identify a target set of customers for a new product campaign. Each set represents customers that satisfy a condition defined by the user, in this case there are four sets, customers with loans, customers with savings accounts, customers with savings accounts and customers with current accounts where the balance is greater than 5,000.

In this example the bank can target a marketing campaign at customers who have a current account greater than 5000 but no savings account. To do this the user simply drags the set of customers with a balance over 5000 so that it intersects with the set of customers having savings accounts.

Once a selection of customers has been finalised the customers can be exported for review  or imported directly into BankWorld. When BankWorld imports the customer list the system will automatically move the listed customers into the new segment. From which point the customers will automatically receive the branding and offers relevant to their new segment through each of the BankWorld Self Service Channel.

This simple process demonstrates the unique capability of the BankWorld system to quickly and easily be target customers with relevant products and offers.
