CR2's 2006 User Conference a huge success
CR2, a global provider of multi-channel banking software solutions and ITM software, has announced that over 100 customers and partners attended it’s User Conference in the exclusive Burj Al Arab hotel, Dubai from 25 – 27th April.
The event attracted more than 100 senior management delegates from across CR2’s client base.
CR2 introduced its revolutionary BankWorld ITM (Intelligent Teller Machine) software at the conference. The software has been so named as it enables banks to provide a tailored offering to their customers. This allows them to sell and deliver services such as pre-approved loans, credit cards and other products via the ATM network.
“The format of the conference was impressive with the first day allowing customers to interact,” said Frank Barac, Director Information Technology, Stanbic, Africa. “The full day conferencing and the interactive sessions of the second day were very informative and gave delegates a good appreciation of the products and services in CR2.”
The conference also included case study presentations from Cairo Amman Bank who deployed the ITM solution in January and now provide an “Instant Loan” facility at the ATM, as well as Trust Bank Moscow who are currently implementing CR2’s Internet banking software, BankWorld Internet. The event also provided details on self-service banking, CR2’s future product strategy and addressed recent industry trends relating to Internet security.
