NextGen ‘Experience Era’ mobile banking app to be unveiled
CR2, the leading global banking software company promises the launch of its new NextGen mobile app built for the ‘Experience Era’ will forever change the way Egyptians interact with their banks.
The established Irish fintech, which has a long-standing presence in Egypt, will present digital transformation success strategies as well as its NextGen mobile app to an exclusive audience of the country’s top banking officials at an upcoming gathering in Cairo at the Nile Ritz Carlton on Tuesday 10 October 2018 at 9am.
‘Rethinking Digital Strategy in the Experience Era’ will examine the best practices Egypt’s banks can deploy to customers in a mobile-first environment, and will share the latest fintech trends and insights from one of the world’s foremost authorities on digital banking.
Brian Lande, director of the Silicon Valley based consultancy firm, Berkeley Research Group, will show how Egypt’s banks can offer a holistic Experience Era solution: how to respect existing and potential customers; speak to them in one voice (through sales, marketing, and support); understand that the digital medium is the message; and delight these same customers at every turn.
